Schedule: Monday to Friday (Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN; Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
On-site Transactions involving, Guidance Office, Registrar’s Office, Finance Office/Cashier, Bookstore, Clinic, and OSA.
Upon entering the campus, please do the following:
- Sanitation upon arrival (wash hands)

For New Student
- The minimum General Weighted Average for incoming Grade 1 to Grade 12 is 80% and minimum Conduct Grade or its equivalent is C or D.
- Upload the scanned copy of minimum requirements: Form 138 (Report Card, except for Nursery 1 and 2), PSA/LCR Birth Certificate, and two latest I.D. Picture 2×2 during online registration.
Note: For New Student in Preschool
- Incoming new students for Preschool (Toddler – must be 2 years old, Nursery 1 – must be 3 years old, Nursery 2 – must be 4 years old, and Kindergarten – must be 5 years old by September 30, 2024).
Step 2: After checking the registration forms and submitted documents (for new students), the Office of the Registrar will send the parent/guardian or student through the email address given in the Google Form as confirmation and lead him/her to the Finance Department for the payment procedure. Payment will be done through any of the affiliated banks of DCHHS:

STEP 3: Confirmation of Transaction
- Email the photo of the deposit slip/s together with the name of the student and grade level.
- Please specify the purpose of payment (e.g. admission fee, down payment, and full payment last school year).

DAVAO CHONG HUA HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS AND DISCOUNTS
FILIPINO OLD STUDENTS
Children belonging to the same family and are enrolled in different levels are granted the family discounts on tuition fee: 3 children (25% discount for the youngest child, 4 children (50% discount for the youngest child) 5 children (75% discount for the youngest child), 6 children (100% discount for the youngest child.
LOYALTY SCHOLARSHIP
A loyal Chonghuan is entitled to this grant if he/she has been in the school since Grade 1. The scholarship grant shall be given on his/her Grade 12. This entitles him/her free tuition and miscellaneous fees (excluding yearbook). The grantee must maintain a passing mark within the school year.
HONORS SCHOLARSHIP
This is given to qualified Grade School Graduate or Junior High School Completer of at least 50 graduating students for that batch.
- With Highest Honors (98 – 100% Gen. Average)
Duration: One (1) year, subject to renewal provided the student maintains no grade below 90% in all academic subjects and at least 96% Gen. Average.
Grant: 100% discount on tuition fee only (both English and Chinese) - With High Honors (95 – 97.9% Gen. Average)
Duration: One (1) year, subject to renewal provided the student maintains no grade below 90% in all academic subjects and at least 93% Gen. Average.
Grant: 75% discount on tuition fee only (both English and Chinese)

- Scanned Copy (PDF Form) or clear photo of Recommendation Certificate from Previous School indicating the number of graduating/completing batch

GRADE 11 SCHOLARSHIPS
This scholarship grant is given to deserving Grade 11 students from the DepEd public schools with at least 90% General Weighted Average (GWA). The grant entitles the student free tuition and miscellaneous fees. The grantee must maintain at least 88% GWA per semester to continue his/her scholarship. This is only limited to sixty (60) grantees for S.Y. 2023-2024 and may be added or deducted in the future depending on the number of qualified applicants.

MODES OF PAYMENT FOR SCHOOL FEES
Annual
- A discount of 5% on the Tuition Fee amount will be automatically computed for full payment upon enrollment
Semi-Annual
- Payable in two (2) installments
- (Upon enrollment and the beginning month of the 2nd Semester). Statement of Accounts will be released two (2) weeks before the beginning of the Second Semester.
Quarterly (Per Periodical Examination Schedule)
Payable in 4 installments
(Upon enrollment and the balance is payable before the 1st, 2nd and 3rd periodical examination). Statement of Accounts will be released two (2) weeks before the schedule of the periodical examination. By the 4th periodical examination, all school fees must have been settled.
Monthly
Payable in Nine (9) installments
(Upon enrollment and the balance is payable in 8 monthly installments. Payment must be settled if the periodical examination falls before the end of the month). Statement of Accounts will be released two (2) weeks before the schedule of the periodical examination.
